June? More like February

Phew, might be her Maj’s Jewb, but feels like snow is due here. So forget the salads on the patio last week, it’s now a good warm pan roast chicken with garlic and caramelised onions, finished with a splash of balsamic and a knob of butter, plus some home cut potato wedges tossed in salt and sumac.
Oh, and a glass of wine……
