I have a new book which is proving inspirational but sometimes difficult to master. However my wife wants healthy tonight so I’m going to try a veggie stack in a 4″ring, using mashed potato mixed with fried onion as the base, followed by wafer thin tomatoes, then char grilled asparagus, held together by vege gel.
